Late Payments

Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel services with written notice. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on work completed and expenses incurred. Any non-refundable deposits will be clearly stated in the service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to resources required for the completion of services.
Intellectual Property
All materials created by Vital Inspirations Inc. remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, agreed deliverables may be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.
Limitation of Liability
Vital Inspirations Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the company operates.
Modifications
Vital Inspirations Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
